Establishes objectives, plans and budgets, typically relying on corporate senior management for setting strategic direction, guidance and company-wide financial policies that are implemented within the organization.
Ensure the efficient operation of the organization’s treasury, banking, and payment acquiring activities.
Leads capital markets activities for the Commerce division including raising credit facilities and advising on equity rounds.
Lead the integration of the treasury, banking, and payment acquisition systems and processes for acquired companies.
Provides leadership, including planning, coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring throughout the finance organization.
Manages corporate cash pools and maintains appropriate cash flow forecasting models and processes.
Develops and reviews cash flow forecasts, investment portfolio performance analysis, debt compliance/capacity, and other financial reports.
Oversees movement of any excess cash to and from investment vehicles and affiliated entities.
Identifies and manages the foreign exchange risk and variable interest rate exposures. Reports and hedges these risks and insures correct accounting of these actions.
Researches and recommends investment options available for short-term cash positions to senior management.
Special projects as they come up (i.e. M&A, divestments)

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related program of study. Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. 10+ years of experience in Treasury issues or related field.
