About the role

  • Design, scale, and optimize the portfolio of loyalty benefits for Fanatics ONE and FanCash.
  • Set the benefits roadmap balancing fan delight with cost efficiency and measurable business impact.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of benefit fulfillment and physical gifting operations, ensuring seamless execution and strong vendor management.
  • Source and expand benefit supply through strategic partnerships with Fanatics, athletes, leagues, and brands.
  • Act as economic steward of benefits: forecast demand, track budget vs. spend, and optimize reinvestment ROI with analytics.
  • Drive benefits innovation and differentiation (sweepstakes, marketplace activations, exclusive experiences).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy & Ops, Analytics, CRM, and Marketing to integrate benefits into program strategy and communications.
  • Represent Loyalty Benefits to senior leadership, report on portfolio performance, and align on investment trade-offs and priorities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in loyalty, partnerships, consumer strategy, or related fields, with a track record of building and scaling benefit portfolios or rewards ecosystems.
  • Proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams across both strategy and operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to build processes that can scale.
  • Strong background in partnership development, vendor management, and benefit fulfillment, with the ability to balance creative innovation and operational discipline.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with experience forecasting demand, managing budgets, and measuring ROI.
  • Ability to craft and communicate a compelling benefits strategy that resonates with fans.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
