About the role
- Define company budget, forecast cash flows, and analyze variances against targets
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare management accounts and interim financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations and international standards
- Draft reports, define KPIs and interpret them to support strategic decision-making
- Support senior management and act as a business partner through risk management, analytical capabilities and financial tool proficiency
- Manage initially one direct report and build a controlling team across business lines
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Economics or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, preferably in the retail sector
- Business/Professional level English proficiency (B2 or C1)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite ERP is a plus
