About the role
- Own media analytics reporting: Develop and lead measurement frameworks across all paid channels (digital, programmatic, social, search, affiliate, and offline media)
- Build performance dashboards: Create dynamic dashboards and tools to monitor KPIs like CPA, ROAS, LTV, and payback by channel, campaign, and audience
- Work with teams to optimize spend: Partner with Media team to identify under- and over-performing campaigns and recommend budget reallocations
- Attribution & incrementality: Develop/refine attribution models and design incrementality tests to inform investment decisions
- Partner on forecasting: Work with Finance, Data Science, and Marketing to build and maintain performance forecasts tied to customer acquisition, NGR, and retention
- Surface actionable insights: Transform complex data into clear stories and next steps for executives and stakeholders
- Champion experimentation: Promote test-and-learn culture across media to improve creative, targeting, and investment strategies
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, or growth analytics, ideally in sports betting, gaming, or high-growth consumer tech environments
- Expertise in multi-channel marketing measurement, including digital and offline channels, attribution methodologies, and incrementality testing
- Advanced SQL skills
- Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Bonus for Python/R experience
- Strong understanding of LTV, cohort analysis, and how to tie marketing activities to downstream revenue and retention
- Excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing marketing and business strategy through data
- Collaborative mindset and excitement to work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, and data teams
