Grow our F1 business in the Netherlands by overseeing and enhancing e-commerce operations.
Own the trading and marketing calendars, manage daily operations, and execute strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Oversee daily eCommerce operations and trading including content management, product launch execution, site merchandising and promotional management; ensure processes run efficiently and effectively.
Implement eCommerce strategies and initiatives to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise online sales; collaborate with the E-Commerce Director.
Monitor and analyse KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention; use data-driven insights to optimise performance.
Ensure a superior online shopping experience by managing website functionality, user interface, and product presentation; address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with marketing, merchandising, technology, operations and customer support to coordinate promotions, product launches, and site improvements.
Lead and manage e-commerce projects including site updates, technology enhancements, and promotional campaigns; ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies and apply insights to improve strategies.
Act as primary point of contact for day-to-day eCommerce operations with partners and develop coordinated trading plans and marketing calendars to grow the business.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field; Advanced degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related field, with a proven track record of driving online sales and managing e-commerce operations.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, web analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management abilities, with experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in the sports or retail industry is advantageous.
