About the role
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business growth, transformation, and operational excellence.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives to ensure optimal talent alignment.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, performance management, and leadership development.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across global teams.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions in areas such as compensation, benefits, learning & development, and talent acquisition.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives, including M&A integration, restructuring, and cultural transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- MBA is a +
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a business partner or HR leadership role within a global technology company.
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams as well as employees and peers at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing HR in a matrixed, global environment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience supporting engineering, product, or technical teams
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) a plus
- Ability to work agilely with orgs that are in a constant state of flux.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time for meetings, events, and other related activities.
- Ability to travel Internationally.
