About the role
- Provide executive-ready insights to the VIP leadership team, working alongside Strategy & Operations team to ensure analysis drives action and key strategic outcomes for the business
- Analyze performance data and trends to inform decisions on customer acquisition, retention, and events strategy; covering a range of tasks from fast-turn, ad hoc analyses to longer-term pilot tests and process enhancements
- Support the President’s daily and weekly operating rhythm, triage priorities, and track follow-ups across key initiatives
- Support Director of VIP Strategy & Operations in laying the operational groundwork to rapidly scale our business - comfort with blue sky ideation is a must
- Develop models and dashboards that improve visibility into key metrics and business drivers
- Anticipate information needs for the President and senior leadership team, ensuring timely delivery of analyses and update
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, financial institution, or high-growth startup. Experience in business operations, growth strategy, or commercial roles is preferred
- Exceptionally high standards of accuracy, analytical rigor, and empathy in all written and visual communications
- Strong analytical toolkit, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or Snowflake
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- High energy, proactive mindset, and commitment to delivering results
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and taking ownership of unstructured problems
