• Lead budgeting and forecasting for all revenue and COGS P&L lines across Ecommerce.
• Develop and maintain driver-based P&L models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with Demand Planning and Operations teams to align forecasts with business drivers and market dynamics.
• Challenge business assumptions to improve profitability and drive sustainable growth.
• Drive predictive analytics and elevate forecasting from trend-based to driver-based methodologies.
• Support strategic initiatives including profit improvement projects, and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Marketing Finance, Supply Chain, and League Finance teams to ensure cohesive financial planning and reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
