Product Designer

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into innovative design solutions
• Conduct in depth user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into the behaviors and preferences of sports fans
• Develop comprehensive design artifacts such as personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results to continuously improve the user experience
• Design interfaces ensuring every detail contributes to a cohesive and engaging user experience
• Champion design thinking and advocating for the user throughout the product development lifecycle
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence within the design team
