About the role

  • Own delivery for 2–3 mobile titles through concept, production, soft launch, global launch, and live ops.
  • Maintain roadmaps, release plans, budgets, and quality gates with clear definitions of done.
  • Run production rituals (planning, reviews, stand‑ups, retros), keeping Jira/Confluence/Azure up to date and visibility high.
  • Identify and remove impediments; manage dependencies and risks with a living risk register.
  • Partner with Design, Art, Engineering, Data/Analytics, UA, Community and external vendors/co‑dev to align priorities and unblock decisions fast.
  • Define go/no‑go criteria for milestones and soft‑launch phases; coordinate store submissions and compliance (iOS/Android).
  • Plan and coordinate LiveOps calendars (events, offers, bundles), working with Economy Design and UA for maximum impact.
  • Assure product quality with telemetry and player feedback, monitoring crash rates and performance indicators.
  • Establish a clear reporting cadence and mentor producers/associates.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital products production (experience with mobile games is a plus).
  • Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating with external partners/vendors.
  • Understanding of F2P systems/economy, mobile production constraints, and live ops.
  • Data‑literate: able to read dashboards and make evidence‑based trade‑offs.
  • Tools: Azure, Confluence, Monday, Slack (or equivalents); familiarity with Unity pipelines and store processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English/Portuguese fluency (Spanish a plus).
  • AI enthusiast with proven ability to integrate AI tools into daily tasks.
  • Nice to have: Experience in word, puzzle, trivia or casual genres.
  • Nice to have: Background with UA/ASO, creative testing, and marketing calendar integration.
  • Nice to have: Managed external studios and/or licensed IP.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with Amplitude/Looker, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer/Adjust.
