Software Engineer

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and employers.
• Develop and expand internship opportunities through outreach and collaboration with employers.
• Utilize a variety of job development strategies, including remote outreach, in-person networking, and social media engagement.
• Match participants with appropriate internship opportunities based on their skills, interests, and career goals.
• Coordinate and confirm internship schedules, tasks, and responsibilities with employers and participants.
• Serve as a liaison between program staff, internship supervisors, and employers to support positive outcomes and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of employer contacts and internship sites in Microsoft Teams and MS Excel trackers.
• Prepare and update internship site spreadsheets to align with monthly reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly job development updates to program staff.
• Ensure all internship-related documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Assist in collecting data for program evaluation and grant reporting.
