About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the patient's home according to the plan of care
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Monitor patient condition and report changes appropriately
Perform G-tube, trach, vent, seizure, and other skilled nursing interventions as needed
Educate and support caregivers and family members
Complete accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Florida RN or LPN license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Pediatric, home health, or private duty experience preferred
Trach and vent experience required for applicable cases
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass all required background screening and onboarding requirements
