About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides therapeutic interventions both in home and office settings
Collaborates with team members, schools, families and other professionals to meet each family's specific goals and needs
Maintain all client case records by documenting client contacts and contacts with the Department of Children's Services, schools, parents, and other professionals
Develops, revises treatment plans and writes monthly reports to the Department of Children's Services
Participates in case conferences and court proceedings as necessary for client care

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or mental health counseling
2 years of like social service experience in their respective discipline
Professional license (LSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LMHCA, LMHC) required
Ability to assess and coordinate treatment needs for complex family systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse social and economic backgrounds
