Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful customer-facing sales experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or other relevant fields
- Hands-on experience in at least three of the following areas: active use of CRM systems, building and leading a sales team, understanding of online marketing, market analysis in international markets, experience with international clients, sales and customer controlling
- Operational experience with common tools such as Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) or G Suite, HubSpot, etc.
- Creation of presentations and reports
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leadership or project management
- Ability to work independently
