About the role

You advise and support our PR teams in developing analog, hybrid, and digital event formats and staging concepts for their clients
From venue scouting and speaker research to the creative—or even out-of-the-box—on-site execution
You know how to translate event ideas into conceptual presentations
You have a good sense for formats and target audiences
You remain composed while executing multiple concurrent projects

Experience in planning and executing content-driven events, formats, and programs
Ideally, initial leadership experience and strong people skills
Excellent project management skills; at the same time a hands-on mentality and operational know-how
Willingness to attend events and occasionally travel to event locations
Strong communication skills and empathy: you enjoy engaging with people, understand different needs, and communicate clearly, kindly, and in a solution-oriented way
Confident with tools: MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is part of your everyday work—ideally complemented by AI tools, project management tools, or event platforms.
