About the role
- Provide consultancy from project inception and support throughout the entire software lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops for requirements analysis
- Design and implement automated test frameworks
- Develop and maintain stable test scripts
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor the team in agile testing practices
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification
- Extensive experience with Specification by Example and BDD
- Strong communication skills
- Several years of experience in test automation and framework design
- Programming skills in Java, C# or TypeScript
- Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
- Certifications such as ISTQB or specific agile certifications are a plus
- Business-fluent German and English
