Senior Client Services Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as daily contact for clients and physician reviewer team inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Proactively identify and address client concerns
- Track deliverable timelines to ensure they are met
- Collaborate with the AE to identify upsell opportunities
- Participate in client training sessions or workshops
Requirements

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in customer service, account coordination, or related fields
