About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interface management with the warehouse, logistics partners and customer service (e.g., tracking supply chain tasks with service providers, logistics tracking, etc.)
- Support in the further development of the ERP system and digitally supported processes within the Operations area
- Assist in Key Account Management
- Organization and tracking of goods deliveries/shipments
- Automation and optimization of our supply chain.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Some practical experience in operations, logistics or commercial/administrative roles
- Strong eagerness to learn, cultural openness, and a structured, independent and reliable working style
- High degree of ownership, strong organizational skills and good communication skills
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
