About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Interface management with the warehouse, logistics partners and customer service (e.g., tracking supply chain tasks with service providers, logistics tracking, etc.)
Support in the further development of the ERP system and digitally supported processes within the Operations area
Assist in Key Account Management
Organization and tracking of goods deliveries/shipments
Automation and optimization of our supply chain.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Some practical experience in operations, logistics or commercial/administrative roles
Strong eagerness to learn, cultural openness, and a structured, independent and reliable working style
High degree of ownership, strong organizational skills and good communication skills
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
