About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the financial strategy supporting the global expansion of our renowned Fellowship Programme.
- Partner closely with senior leaders across the business and help shape our approach from the ground up.
- Provide strategic insights and financial modelling that enable planning across a wide range of future scenarios.
- Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support business growth initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and operational teams to provide financial insight.
- Analyse pricing strategies, customer profitability, and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor key business and financial metrics, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Support executive leadership with financial analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting processes, and data analytics capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are highly analytical, with strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
- You enjoy tackling complex, ambiguous problems and turning data into clear recommendations.
- You think strategically, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- You are commercially minded and understand how financial decisions drive business performance.
- You build strong relationships and can communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of delivering high-impact work.
- You are qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or have equivalent experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.
