About the role
- Send emails to leads offering our services and follow up on their responses.
- Coordinate with the team to prepare and deliver accurate quotations.
- Provide support during client meetings.
- Follow up with the team once operations are approved, ensuring all steps are executed properly.
- Assist the operations team by checking their needs during ongoing operations.
- Maintain close communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical background in International Business, Logistics, or related fields (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience working with freight forwarders (agentes de carga).
- English level: B2 (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international logistics processes.
- Quick learner with a proactive and client-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
