About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
  • Support monthly payroll process
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Contribute to various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience within Hr Operations or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, to create visualizations and data models.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach.
