About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help maintain and update HR information systems and databases.
- Support monthly payroll process
- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives and talent acquisition programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience within Hr Operations or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, to create visualizations and data models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
