About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct support to clients by resolving assigned cases
  • Extract and manipulate information from various databases
  • Identify operational deviations and take the necessary actions to resolve them
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure resolution of assigned cases
  • Analyze available data to improve operational metrics and monitoring dashboards
  • Ensure excellent service for our clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
  • Proficient in SQL and Power BI
  • Experience in B2B customer support (fintech experience is a plus)
  • Willingness to work occasional rotating shifts and holidays
