About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct support to clients by resolving assigned cases
- Extract and manipulate information from various databases
- Identify operational deviations and take the necessary actions to resolve them
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure resolution of assigned cases
- Analyze available data to improve operational metrics and monitoring dashboards
- Ensure excellent service for our clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of ticketing systems (Jira)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles
- Proficient in SQL and Power BI
- Experience in B2B customer support (fintech experience is a plus)
- Willingness to work occasional rotating shifts and holidays
