About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be the primary owner of Twind's Design System, its maintenance, evolution and documentation (Figma + Storybook + tokens).
Ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms and languages (the product runs in 10+ languages).
Work closely with Engineering to guarantee correct component implementation.
Design flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features.
Plan and run research sessions (interviews, usability tests, heuristic evaluations).
Bridge the gap between design and development: clear handoffs, precise specs and support during implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years of ownership over a Design System in production.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (auto layout, variables, components, advanced prototyping).
Hands-on experience with Storybook and design tokens.
Ability to document and communicate design decisions clearly.
Product mindset: you understand the business, the user and the technology.
Full professional proficiency in English, this is the team's working language.
