About the role

  • Define and implement test cases and contribute to developing a testing framework.
  • Make independent technical contributions to help the team deliver commitments.
  • Design, develop, and implement testing plans and procedures.
  • Champion the implementation of test cases and ensure they are part of team processes.
  • Ensure tests are conducted through automated solutions or established procedures.
  • Coordinate testing and validation for artifact qualification, quality assurance and release.
  • Interact with colleagues across projects to unblock issues and reach consensus on technical topics.
  • Work with Software development teams to integrate testing into all steps of the Software development lifecycle.
  • Work with Software operations teams to implement and maintain tooling to support established processes.
  • Work with the IT department to provision and monitor infrastructure needed for testing tools.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to define testing and validation plans based on requirements.
  • Work with Hardware teams to unify testing and validation infrastructure within the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the relevant field (3-5yr).
  • Experience with software testing, validation, and release.
  • Experience with quality assurance plan definition.
  • Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., Jama).
  • Experience with DevOps infrastructure (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket pipelines).
  • Experience with Bash scripting and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with standard tools for source control (git), continuous integration, task management (Jira).
  • Experience with the C, C++, Go, and/or Rust programming languages.
