About the role
- Lead the definition and evolution of operating models across content, marketing, and customer experience
- Design governance frameworks, define RACI matrices, and drive cross-team alignment
- Optimize Content Operations and the content supply chain
- Standardize workflows, manage demand, and define delivery models
- Manage performance: KPIs, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Lead change management, adoption, and organizational transformation
- Advise stakeholders and communicate at the executive level.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of management consulting experience
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise operating models
- Strong exposure to Content Operations, Marketing Operations, CX, or Digital Transformation
- Experience working with business, technology, and creative teams
- Solid experience in governance, process design, and operational efficiency
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Fluent in English.
