Site Safety Representative
Facility Solutions GroupSite Safety Representative supporting Facility Solutions Group’s lighting and electrical operations in Dallas. Conducting OSHA compliance inspections, incident investigations, safety audits, and employee training.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect assigned territory and verify compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies and procedures
- Investigate reported and presumed incidents involving injury or property damage
- Ensure PTPs are performed in accordance with company policy
- Ensure assigned job sites have required paperwork and signage
- Assist in safety compliance training
- Promote safe practices and policy compliance
- Assist in administering fleet services and assigned company equipment
- Perform daily safety audits for construction, service, and data departments
- Interact and communicate with all levels of management
- Assist in presenting, training, and communicating with large groups
- Report to the Safety Coordinator and Safety Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- 1–3 years of electrical construction or related experience
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be actively pursuing OSHA 30 or have obtained OSHA 30
- Strongly preferred: current journeyman's license or electrical apprentice license
- Must possess a valid driver's license
