About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field
- Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses
- Provide on-call emergency service as required and maintain communication with the department manager while in the field
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and provide general customer service on the phone and in person
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a current State Issued Journeyman Electrician’s License
- Possess a valid driver’s license and able to pass MVR to drive a company vehicle
- Have ability to pass DOT, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Experience in lighting a plus!
