About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive clinic revenue, profitability, and overall business performance
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing clinic team
Partner with providers to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and guest outcomes while respecting clinical autonomy
Lead daily clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, facilities, compliance, and operational execution
Use business data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and improve performance
Strengthen membership growth, guest retention, rebooking, and retail performance
Ensure every guest experiences elevated hospitality and personalized care
Create a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service
Inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals and build trusted provider partnerships
Develop team members through coaching and accountability
Maintain operational excellence while continuously improving business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Three or more years of leadership experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, healthcare, luxury hospitality, wellness, or another service-focused industry
Demonstrated success improving business performance through operational leadership
Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, labor, inventory, and operational performance
Experience partnering with licensed healthcare providers or working in a provider-based environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, ophthalmology, or another outpatient healthcare setting is strongly preferred
