About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support and contribute to category management activities, helping to develop new products and improve the portfolio.
  • Provide support and contribute to product development stages, including opening briefs, monitoring projects and organizing category requests.
  • Provide support and contribute to packaging registration processes, routing, artwork approvals, and the creation and review of packaging layouts in collaboration with the Graphic Design team.
  • Provide support and contribute to the preparation of preliminary market and competitor studies, assisting with critical analyses and identifying opportunities for the categories.
  • Provide support and contribute to the preparation of category performance presentations, projects and area results, in addition to compiling KPIs and reports.
  • Provide support and contribute to the area’s administrative activities, such as updating control spreadsheets, organizing information, processing invoice payments and monitoring internal processes.
  • Provide support and contribute to the organization of new assortments, tabulation and management of product-related information, especially for the category assigned to the area.
  • Provide support and contribute by actively participating in cross-functional project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
  • Familiarity or interest in product launches, packaging or related activities.
  • Familiarity or interest in market and competitor metrics and analysis tools.
  • Familiarity or proficiency with image creation/editing and presentation/document tools (e.g.: Canva, Figma, Gamma, Manus, among others).
  • Microsoft Excel: Intermediate or Advanced.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Intermediate or Advanced.
