About the role

  • Evaluation of internal controls with a focus on LGPD/GDPR, identification of risks, and recommendation of action plans
  • Monitoring compliance risks (Anti-Corruption Law) with business areas
  • Investigation of reports received through the Ethics Channel (harassment, fraud, conflicts of interest, etc.) with impartial handling
  • Review and update of compliance policies (anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, due diligence, gifts and hospitality)
  • Creation and publication of content on ethics, integrity, compliance, and data protection
  • Monitoring compliance and privacy programs to ensure their effectiveness
  • Development and delivery of training on the Anti-Corruption Law and LGPD for employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Compliance and/or LGPD
  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Advanced
  • Languages/Skills: Advanced English
  • Differentials:
  • Specialization in Compliance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Pró-Ética seal (CGU) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ISO 37001 (preferred)
  • Advanced Spanish (preferred)
