About the role

  • Process mapping and creation of flowcharts to identify risks (HR, Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT, etc.)
  • Review of procedures, internal policies and definition of audit scope
  • Execution of internal audits based on methodologies such as COSO and SOX
  • Risk assessment (financial, operational, regulatory, environmental and reputational)
  • Systems analysis focused on confidentiality, integrity and availability of information
  • Sample selection and data analysis to support audits
  • Preparation of reports and presentation of findings to stakeholders
  • Development and monitoring of action plans to mitigate risks
  • Support for external audit and participation in physical inventories
  • Investigation of complaints submitted via the Ethics Channel
  • Contribution to the risk-based audit plan and improvement of corporate governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. Specialization in risk management or related areas preferred.
  • Proven experience in internal audit.
  • Experience in process review.
  • Familiarity/proficiency with ISO 27001 and ISO 31000.
  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced.
  • Microsoft PowerPoint: Advanced.
  • Languages/Skills: Advanced English.
  • SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of VISIO and ACL tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of SOX preferred.
  • Advanced Spanish.
