About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the operational owner and architect behind network-wide technology rollouts
Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution
Foster positive and proactive relationships across internal departments and external vendors
Maintain direct responsibility for all internal and external processes associated with Mindbody
Lead the design, development, and system rollout of any CRM platform(s)
Partner with Operations Executive Team on high-value corporate technical and operational initiatives
Establish and implement a robust technical vendor performance framework

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive experience in operations, technical project management, or franchise tech systems, with at least 5 years in management or senior project ownership role.
Deep, expert-level familiarity with Mindbody software configurations, enterprise features, and multi-site scheduling ecosystems.
Proven experience architecting and implementing robust CRM ecosystems (workflows, funnels, automations) at scale.
Proven success leading cross-functional projects across multiple corporate departments.
Deep understanding of the fitness and franchising industry is highly preferred.
