About the role
- Responsibility for the complete accounting function for both Swiss subsidiaries
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with finance colleagues
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings
- Optimize accounting processes and internal controls
- Work closely with auditors and tax advisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting
- Initial leadership/management experience
- Experience with NetSuite or ERP system implementations
- Strong accounting knowledge, particularly Swiss GAAP FER
- Fluent in German and English; French skills are an advantage
