About the role

  • Responsible for controlling a large-scale project
  • Comprehensive monitoring and management of the project budget
  • Preparation and contribution to forecasts, reports and variance analyses — internal and external
  • Close collaboration with procurement and project management teams
  • Management of fund utilization and ongoing monitoring of expenditure
  • Control of planned project costs and budget monitoring

  • Assistance in preparing usage reports and financial statements

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration / Economics or completed commercial vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in a finance-related environment
  • Solid experience in project controlling and/or financial project execution
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and solid knowledge of the ERP system Business Central
  • Analytical working style with a focus on the essentials, solution orientation, initiative and enjoyment of independent work
  • Proactive communication skills, commitment and strong team orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal German; good command of English, both written and spoken
