Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in an electrical engineering field; master craftsman (Meister) or technician qualifications are welcome
  • Experience with medium- and high-voltage switchgear, in particular protection devices and protection schemes, and a solid understanding of power systems and circuit topologies
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Technical and interpersonal skills for problem solving and an independent working style
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel for business (up to 30%)
  • Advantageous: Professional experience in protection engineering and with protective relays and test systems (e.g., SIPROTEC / OMICRON)
