About the role

  • Lead sales activities in the field of process control automation: You will steer and support all sales activities for the introduction and expansion of our solution portfolio.
  • Prepare customized proposals: You identify customer needs, conduct technical clarifications, define technical solution approaches together with the project teams, and translate these into formal proposals.
  • Account management: By maintaining ongoing contact with technical and commercial decision-makers, you develop and maintain stable business relationships.
  • Contract conclusion and project support: You conduct contract negotiations and provide commercial support throughout project execution.
  • Competitive analysis: You identify trends and competitors' activities to generate insights for strategic decisions and adjustments in the market environment.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in an electrical engineering discipline such as automation, communication technology or IT
  • Desirable: practical experience, process understanding and application-ready knowledge in control and automation engineering
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Advantageous: experience with industry-specific system technology (SIMATIC, HIMAX, WinCC OA, ZENON) or communication standards (PROFINET, OPC UA, MQTT, BACnet)
