About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, supporting them in financing their R&D projects.
  • Conduct technical audits to determine the R&D/innovative nature of their projects.
  • Ensure delivery of assignments, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with the workload plan established with the team.
  • Identify and advise clients on financing levers available to them (grants & subsidies, tax credits, and other instruments).
  • Collect data related to their investments and estimate the amount of innovation support they may be eligible for.
  • Draft audit reports and techno-economic reports to highlight the scientific aspects of the project.
  • Advise and assist clients in identifying R&D activities and qualifying them with respect to financing schemes and organisational improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain technical monitoring of R&D topics in the insurance sector, risk economics, and financial and environmental transition.

Requirements

  • You hold a graduate degree (Master's level) in finance and/or taxation (business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program).
  • You have developed a consultative approach in previous professional experience and are comfortable managing client relationships.
  • You are curious and your scientific background enables you to understand the complexity of projects in financial mathematics (applied finance, stochastic calculus, econometrics, credit risk, computational modeling, quantitative and behavioral finance, etc.).
  • More broadly, you want to join a team where your values and skills will be shared and developed.
