Requirements

Experience with MDM ecosystem APIs and integrations
Knowledge of incident management and root cause analysis
Experience supporting data processes and operating in critical environments
Familiarity with an SLA-driven operational model
Ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams and participate in governance routines
