About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Go, with a focus on performance and concurrency
  • Build distributed, resilient applications
  • Work with Kubernetes-based infrastructure
  • Implement and evolve observability practices (tracing, metrics, and logs)
  • Develop and integrate APIs following security best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the continuous evolution of solutions
  • Ensure code quality, testing, and engineering best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a software engineer
  • Experience with Go (Golang) in concurrent and high-performance systems
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of observability:
  • Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry)
  • Metrics (Grafana)
  • Structured logging
  • Knowledge of API security:
  • OAuth 2.0
  • JWT
  • Zero Trust concepts
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS)
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or regulated environments
  • Experience on Platform Engineering teams
  • Contributions to open source projects
  • Curious, investigative mindset that seeks to understand the “why” behind solutions
  • Systems thinking and the ability to assess impacts across the ecosystem
