About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Mapping and analysis of Trade-In processes, from product assessment to repurchase and resale.
- Support in defining business rules for Trade-In platforms (trade-in value, eligibility, technical criteria).
- Build and maintain management dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
- Support Product, Actuarial, Commercial and Claims areas, translating requests into strategic analyses.
- Monitor business KPIs: loss ratio, retention, LTV, churn, sales performance and profitability.
- Perform occasional duties as QA (test automation).
- Ensure the quality and governance of data used in reports.
- Participate in digital transformation and data-driven innovation projects in insurance.
- Track KPIs such as adoption, average ticket (average transaction value), margin by channel and repurchase cycle.
- Interface with Sales, IT, Reverse Logistics, Finance and re-commerce partners.
- Support the modeling of promotional campaigns that incentivize the trade-in of used products.
- Build management dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.
- Proven experience in Trade-In programs (buyback/recommerce) for mobile phones.
- Experience in data analysis applied to the financial or insurance sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Knowledge of software testing.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Preferred: Experience in insurance companies, banks or fintechs.
