About the role

  • Act as the technical reference for Software Quality across multiple teams
  • Support the definition and evolution of testing strategies (functional, automation, performance, etc.)
  • Implement and maintain test automation solutions (web, mobile, and APIs)
  • Integrate tests into the DevOps pipeline (CI/CD)
  • Support the adoption of tools and quality best practices
  • Perform quality analysis, metrics tracking, and observability
  • Provide consultative guidance to development teams and stakeholders
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quality Engineer / QA
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams/squads
  • Knowledge of automated testing (web, mobile, and APIs)
  • Experience with tools such as Appium, Selenium, Playwright, or similar
  • Experience testing APIs (REST / GraphQL)
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines / CI/CD
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with multi-platform environments (web and mobile)
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • Must reside in Brasília/DF or the surrounding region
  • **Desired:**
  • DevOps certification
  • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Firebase, AppInsights, Grafana)
  • Knowledge of cloud and/or Backend-as-a-Service (BaaS)
  • Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in financial sector environments
