About the role
- Lead the implementation of Snowflake projects;
- Define modern data architecture;
- Act as a mentor to accelerate internal team upskilling;
- Perform technical responsibilities with a commercial mindset to support new project opportunities.
Requirements
- Availability for hybrid work: on-site once per week in Barueri
- Strong experience with Snowflake architecture
- Data modeling (star schema, Data Vault, dimensional modeling)
- Performance tuning (clustering, partitioning, warehouse sizing)
- Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks
- Data sharing and governance
- Strong command of advanced SQL
- Experience with modern ETL/ELT patterns
- Tools such as dbt and Apache Airflow
- Python (primary language)
- Data lakes and lakehouse architectures
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: Amazon Web Services (S3, Glue, Lambda), Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Synapse), or Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow)
- APIs and data ingestion
- CDC (Change Data Capture)
- Power BI
- Tableau
- RBAC (role-based access control)
- Data masking
- LGPD applied to data (Brazilian General Data Protection Law)
- Data catalog solutions (e.g., Collibra or Alation)
- SnowPro certification
- Experience migrating legacy data warehouses (Oracle, Teradata, etc.)
