About the role

  • Delivery of API and data product roadmaps aligned with the business strategy.
  • Structuring data for clients and partners.
  • Translating business requirements into technical stories for engineering and architecture teams.
  • Managing the lifecycle of public, private, and partner APIs.
  • Defining API contracts (REST/JSON), documentation, and consumption governance.
  • Acting as an interface with clients to understand integration needs and data consumption requirements.
  • Collaborating with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

  • Product Owner with solid experience in defining, building, and evolving API-based products and data platforms;
  • Experience acting as a bridge between business, technology, and clients;
  • Ability to design solutions that enable the secure and scalable exposure of data and services to internal and external consumers;
  • Skill in backlog prioritization and continuous delivery of value, ensuring APIs and data products meet integration, analytics, and information consumption needs of partners and clients;
  • Experience building API ecosystems, data products, and integration platforms, overseeing the full product lifecycle — from discovery and roadmap definition to writing user stories and tracking deliveries with engineering teams;
  • Strong negotiation skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Seniority in working with high-performance teams;
  • Solid experience in Agile projects.
