About the role

  • Lead strategic projects and programs within the governance and data team for insurance companies;
  • Manage the full project lifecycle — from scope definition and planning through execution to delivery — following Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team, including internal stakeholders and vendors;
  • Monitor timelines, budget, risks and change management with excellence;
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular reports for senior management;
  • Promote best practices, structured project management frameworks and continuous improvement;

Requirements

  • Experience in project management in the insurance sector;
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and programs, with a proven track record in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • In-depth knowledge of project frameworks and systems development lifecycle;
  • Experience managing project outcomes and performance indicators for strategic initiatives;
  • Ability to oversee strategic initiatives and highly complex projects;
  • Ability to develop strategic presentations and reports;
  • Aptitude for leading project presentation sessions.
  • Preferred
  • Relevant certifications in the field;
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
