About the role

  • Structure and analyze data related to insurance products (life, health, auto, property, among others).
  • Build and maintain management dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker).
  • Support Product, Actuarial, Commercial and Claims teams by translating requests into strategic analyses.
  • Monitor business KPIs: loss ratio, retention, LTV, churn, sales performance and profitability.
  • Ensure the quality and governance of data used in reports.
  • Participate in digital transformation and data-driven innovation projects in insurance.
  • Track KPIs such as adoption, average ticket, margin by channel and repurchase cycle.
  • Interface with Sales, IT, Reverse Logistics, Finance and re-commerce partners.
  • Support the modeling of promotional campaigns that incentivize trade-ins of used products.
  • Develop management dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in data analysis applied to the financial or insurance sector.
  • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of applied statistics and data modeling.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of insurance processes, especially Claims.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in insurance companies, banks or fintechs.
  • Knowledge of actuarial science or risk modeling.
  • Skills in Python or R for advanced analyses.
  • Experience with Data Warehouse/ETL processes.
