About the role

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retrospective).
  • Act as an agile mentor and coach for the team.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog management and refinement.
  • Monitor agile metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time).
  • Manage dependencies and risks.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and technical execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the role.
  • Practical knowledge of project metrics (velocity, burndown, lead time).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE practices.
  • Facilitation, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Spanish fluent (spoken and written).
  • English advanced (spoken and written).
  • Preferred:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe).
  • Experience in regulated environments (financial, insurance).
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, advanced Excel.
