About the role

  • Analyze, design, develop, and implement robust, high-quality software solutions aligned with best-practice architecture.
  • Collaborate with development teams, promoting continuous integration, continuous delivery, and active participation in pipelines.
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in and contribute to planning meetings, sprint reviews, and agile ceremonies, ensuring project objectives align with business goals.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges, promoting application stability and high performance.
  • Perform necessary configurations via APIM and Sensedia.
  • Ensure clear and objective communication with stakeholders and colleagues across different areas, fostering collaboration and result orientation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and promote teamwork.
  • Work in an environment with multiple system integrations and concurrent development efforts within the same application.
  • Understand the current processes, primarily following security and compliance rules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with DevOps automation, including continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with management and control tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
  • Proficiency in languages and technologies: C#, Angular, PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure).
  • Practice with agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with APIM (Azure API Management) and Sensedia.
  • Solid understanding and application of software development and architecture best practices.
  • Experience with Oracle databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative mindset, and focus on deliveries and results.
  • Desirable:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or IT areas.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in high-complexity environments and large data volumes.
  • Ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
