About the role

  • Design and code solutions in .NET Framework (4.8) and .NET 6/7/8/9
  • Develop, optimize and maintain T-SQL (stored procedures, views, functions) with special attention to performance tuning
  • Create modular, reusable and secure solutions for mission-critical applications
  • Contribute to front-end architecture definition and design patterns
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL Server databases
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure architectural and security best practices
  • Produce clear, concise technical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements
  • Work together with agile squads, DevOps and architecture teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a .NET + SQL Server developer
  • Proficiency in T-SQL: creating stored procedures, views and functions
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning (indexes, execution plans, etc.)
  • Solid experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and modern .NET versions (.NET 6/7/8/9)
  • Familiarity with development patterns (SOLID, DDD, etc.)
  • Ability to solve complex problems and propose improvements
  • Technical English for reading documentation
  • Desired: Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of ORMs (.NET EF Core, Dapper)
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with continuous integration (CI/CD) in Azure environments
  • Previous experience in insurance companies, fintechs or financial institutions
