About the role

  • Design and code solutions in .NET Framework (4.8) and .NET 6/7/8/9.
  • Develop, optimize and maintain T-SQL (stored procedures, views, functions) with special attention to performance tuning.
  • Build modular, reusable and secure solutions for critical applications.
  • Participate in defining front-end architecture and design patterns.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL Server databases.
  • Take part in code reviews and ensure good architecture and security practices.
  • Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Work together with agile squads, DevOps and Architecture teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a .NET developer/analyst with SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL: creating stored procedures, views and functions.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server performance tuning (indexes, execution plans, etc.).
  • Solid experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and modern .NET versions (.NET 6/7/8/9).
  • Familiarity with development principles and patterns (SOLID, DDD, etc.).
  • Ability to solve complex problems and propose improvements.
  • Technical English sufficient for reading documentation.
  • Desired:
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of ORMs (EF Core, Dapper).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) in Azure environments.
  • Previous experience in insurance, fintech or financial institutions.
