About the role
- Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers and owner-operators
- Conduct phone screenings and assess candidate fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with driver candidates
- Manage candidate data, notes, and follow-ups using internal systems
- Make and receive inbound and outbound recruiting calls
- Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure recruiting activities align with DOT and applicable compliance requirements
Requirements
- Prior recruiting experience preferred (driver recruiting is a plus, but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume calls and building rapport
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
- Reliable access to a computer, headset, and stable internet connection
